1” Build Your Custom Handles (Pair)

from $160.00

Lead times are currently estimated at 10-13 weeks on new orders of handles

Select options to customize your own stainless accessory handles. These handles are sold in pairs and are hand machined from solid stainless steel bar. These handles can be inserted into squat racks or jammer arms with 1in holes to perform various movements, including but not limited to…

  • Pull ups

  • Push ups

  • Dips

  • Hand placement for movements like bent over rows, leaning shoulder laterals, and Hatfield squats. (7in handles suggested for Hatfield squats where SSB handles may cause clearance issues with longer handles)

  • On jammers for various pushing and pulling exercises.

    Choosing a handle diameter

28.5mm (1-1/8”): This handled diameter is a common power bar diameter, with most power bars falling in between 28-29mm. There is a slight shoulder before the pin enters the rack with this diameter. (See photo 9)

35mm (1-3/8”): This handle diameter may promote greater forearm muscle activation and tends to be more comfortable on the wrists/hands in extended loading. This is the same handle diameter currently used for the Ultimate Dip Attachment.

45mm (1-3/4”): Select this diameter if one of the goals of your exercise is to improve grip strength. The thicker diameter may be more comfortable in loading movements, where hand closing is limited such as those with arthritis.

    Choosing handle length

Handle length does not include the pin section of the handle and refers to usable section plus the 1” non-knurled section before the pin. The pin section is an additional 4 inches long.

7 Inch: This handle is best for single arm movements and for compact hand hold points. (Hatfield squats, bent over rows)

  • No knurl mark

  • Weight limit per handle: 500lbs

12 Inch: Long enough to be used side by side during bilateral exercises like jammer presses or pull ups but offer less grip options in comparison to the longer 15in handles. This handle may perform better in rowing exercises, allowing greater range of motion.

  • Single knurl mark

  • Weight limit per handle: 400lbs

15 Inch: Possibly the most versatile handle length. This length provides more grip options than the 7 and 12 inch handles but still allowing a gap to pass through the handles like when needed with jammer presses.

  • Single knurl mark

  • Weight limit per handle: 350lbs

Threaded: A threaded pin provides a more solid connection with less movement and is suggested to be used in oversized holes, up to 1-1/8 inch. Our 3d printed knurled thumb nuts and nylon washer are included. Handle threads are compatible with Rogue Fitness knurled knobs. Thread is 2-1/4” long.

Lead times are currently estimated around 10-13 weeks

Disclaimer: Due to running production on manual machines and finishing knurling by hand, final handle diameters may vary slightly.
